Student Right to Know
Required Disclosures and Consumer Information
This web page provides a comprehensive location for links to information about Alvin
Community College on a variety of subjects which may be helpful to prospective students.
The information is presented to comply with the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008, which requires institutions of higher education to disclose information and reports
on various aspects of the institution's policies, procedures and operations.
In addition, the Student Right-To-Know (SRTK) is a federally-mandated public disclosure requirement which provides data about
ACC's completion and transfer rates. The purpose of SRTK is to provide the public
with standardized information that might be helpful in making a college determination.
Information about this data may be obtained from ACC's Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research. SRTK rates are reported annually on the Integrated Post-secondary Educational Data
System-Graduation Rate Survey (IPEDS-GRS).
